Emergency response planning team

In the middle of a crisis, leaders are expected to make fast, high-stakes decisions—often with incomplete information and intense scrutiny. Whether you're a company executive, a nonprofit director, or a public official, how you respond in these moments defines your credibility and shapes long-term outcomes.

Imara-IHG’s Crisis Response Coaching is designed to support leaders before, during, and after critical events. We combine deep expertise in emergency management, stakeholder communication, and organizational behavior to help you stay grounded, strategic, and effective under pressure. Our coaching is tailored to your specific context—whether that’s a reputational crisis, operational disruption, or humanitarian emergency—and can be delivered in real-time or in pre-scheduled intensives.

This service is ideal for C-suite leaders, response teams, board members, spokespersons, or any decision-maker who may be called upon to lead under extraordinary circumstances. We help you sharpen your thinking, align your team, and communicate with clarity—so that every move you make supports both immediate action and long-term resilience.

Week 1–2: Conduct confidential interviews and scenario mapping to understand leadership style, organizational dynamics, and potential crisis triggers.
02
Coaching & Scenario Practice
Week 3–4: Deliver targeted coaching sessions focused on decision-making, messaging, and team alignment. Use realistic simulations to rehearse response strategies.
03
Debrief & Leadership Roadmap
Week 5–6: Reflect on lessons learned, refine leadership strategies, and receive a tailored roadmap for future crisis readiness and communication growth.
