This Resilience Form is designed for organizations that are either on the verge of being affected by a major disruption or are already navigating one. By completing it, you’ll be connected directly with one of Imara-IHG’s consultants, who will assess your situation and help you take immediate, strategic action to minimize impact and restore stability.

The fee covers two consultations. The first is a 30-minute session where we discuss your main concerns and provide any urgent guidance you may need. The second 60-minute consultation is scheduled shortly afterward—either later the same day or the following day—so we have time to conduct additional research and return with any further critical insights or recommendations.
