Key Responsibilities

Learn and Understand Our Services

Your first responsibility is to learn what we do and how our services create value. Imara-IHG offers a wide portfolio—from educational programs to complex advisory models like the Path to Resilience. The better you understand our work, the more effectively you can identify qualified leads. We provide materials, training, and guides to help you master our approach to resilience.

Research and Identify Potential Clients

Conduct online research to identify individuals, organizations, or companies that would benefit from our services—prioritizing quality over quantity. Strong leads align with our mission and show real potential for conversion. Some services, like training courses, are easier to sell, while others require deeper understanding but yield higher long-term income.

Submit Qualified Leads

Once you identify a good candidate, complete the Lead Generation Form and submit it. Our marketing and business development teams will validate, follow up, and handle negotiation. Subscription-based services—like Path to Resilience—can produce recurring monthly income from a single submitted lead.

Work Strategically and Methodically

Success in this role depends on setting your own strategy. Choose your target market (corporations, NGOs, or government), focus regions, and outreach tools such as LinkedIn, networks, or events. You operate independently, defining your workflow while upholding professionalism and persistence.

Grow with Experience

With experience, you'll gain access to more training, marketing materials, templates, digital tools, and economic support. Over time, you may advance into our Business Development Team—managing negotiations directly and earning a salary, higher commissions, and greater responsibility.
