Key Responsibilities

Lead Multi-Sector Client Engagements

Proactively engage with corporate, philanthropic, governmental, and academic institutions to explore opportunities for service delivery and joint ventures.

Design and Execute Regional Revenue Strategies

Develop tailored growth plans for your assigned region, including pricing strategy and partnership models that can generate recurring or scalable income.

Represent Imara-IHG at Events and Networks

Participate in online and in-person events, panels, and business development forums as a brand ambassador for Imara-IHG.

Contribute to Thought Leadership and Content Strategy

Work with the communications team to share client insights, trends, and stories from your region that inform strategic marketing, blog content, or research briefs.

Mentor New Outreach Recruits

As you grow into a leadership role, help train and mentor newer outreach leads to replicate successful practices and ensure quality across regions.

Ensure High Client Retention and Repeat Business

Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their evolving needs and positioning Imara-IHG as a strategic partner over time.

Report and Analyze Performance with CRM Tools

Regularly review your Salesforce dashboards and use the data to assess pipeline health, conversion rates, and market responsiveness.

Contribute to Organizational Adaptability

Provide feedback from the field to inform service design, pricing updates, and platform improvements—ensuring that Imara-IHG remains nimble and client-centered.

What You Need

Proven sales or outreach experience (consulting, CSR, or development sectors preferred)
A solid network of corporate, NGO, or philanthropic contacts
Fluency in either English or Spanish
