Welcome, and thank you for visiting Imara-IHG.

The model you will see reflected throughout this website did not begin as a single idea or a predefined strategy. It emerged gradually, from years of observing how organizations across sectors and regions attempt to manage risk, uncertainty, and disruption.

Again and again, a similar pattern became visible: resilience was often approached through isolated projects, technical interventions, or short-term initiatives that addressed immediate concerns but rarely built sustained capacity over time.

At the same time, I saw that the expertise needed to support these efforts clearly existed. Specialists, firms, and institutions around the world were doing remarkable work. But their knowledge and capabilities were often fragmented across disciplines and markets.

These observations led me to a fundamental question: what would it look like to design a system that made resilience more accessible, more continuous, and more coordinated?

The Path-to-Resilience concept grew from that question. It offered a way to think about resilience not as a discrete activity, but as an ongoing journey shaped by leadership decisions, organizational learning, and sustained alignment across multiple domains.

When I made the decision to acquire Imara and assume the role of CEO, it was with the conviction that this vision could be developed into something much larger: not simply a consulting firm, but a platform built around continuity, coordination, and long-term relationships.

What we are building at Imara-IHG is not simply a firm or a set of services. It is an evolving platform designed to align people, knowledge, and action over time.

I am grateful for your interest in our work and for the opportunity to share this vision with you.
